The Hamburg personnel service provider HR7 GmbH The Job Factory published the figures of the 2024 financial year and at the same time gave an outlook on the current year. Compared to the previous year, sales in 2024 were again increased by a whopping 12 percent. Despite adverse circumstances, slight growth is also expected for 2025.

"We are more than satisfied with the past financial year 2024 and have been able to expand our market position in a very difficult environment," said Dr. Ralph Hartmann, managing director, on the development of the company. "The market was declining again last year, the noticeably prevailing political uncertainties on the customer side had a major impact on personnel needs and our planning horizon became even more short -term than in previous years," says Ralph Hartmann, describing the increasing dynamics in the market. Obviously, the drivers of success have changed in the transfer business: the speed of reaction and flexibility on the service side are the central factors.
What are the expectations in 2025? "We also expect growth in 2025, but we remain realistic and think" single -digitly ", says Ralph Hartmann. "In the German economy, a clear course of the course has to arrive politically, which I unfortunately only expect for the 2nd half of 2025," adds the managing director. Nevertheless, he sees HR7 GmbH very well prepared and set up. "We are still looking for reinforcements internally and were able to win two new colleagues directly at the start of the year, with Merle Fauck (Lüneburg) and Marie Langer (Hamburg)," said Jule Bremer, Head of Recruiting. The signs at HR7 are also obviously on growth.
