Armed robbery in Netto branch: police are looking for witnesses!

In a shocking incident on Friday evening, shortly before 9 p.m., two masked men stormed into a Netto branch on Täferroter Straße in Lindach. They approached the 46-year-old cashier with a threatening demand and demanded cash. The situation quickly escalated when one of the perpetrators pulled out a blank gun and fired several times to emphasize their demands.

However, the employees stood firm and refused to hand over the money. The two men then fled towards Osterlängstrasse. The perpetrators, who were between 25 and 30 years old, very slim and around 1.80 meters tall, wore black clothing and had hoods or balaclavas on. They spoke German without an accent and were armed with a black pistol.

Police are looking for witnesses

The Aalen criminal police have asked the public for help. Anyone who has noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles near the scene is asked to call 07361 5800. We also ask that you check surveillance cameras in the Osterlängstrasse area for possible abnormalities and provide the police with relevant information.
