In a supermarket in Goslar, the two women, 20 and 25 years old, grabbed a total of 320 euros in chocolate! According to the police, they pushed ahead with their plan under the protection of a stroller. As they busily packed away the treats, they hoped to slip past the checkout undetected. But the staff remained vigilant and did not let the two thieves get away with their evil intentions.
Arrest and stolen property returned
The pair of thieves were caught immediately and the police took legal action against the two women. Their bold plan failed completely when the stolen chocolate depot was returned to the supermarket. The incident is another example of the creative but ultimately failed methods of crime!
