Real estate prices in Austria show a clear trend in 2024: In many districts, the offer prices for condominiums have dropped significantly. According to an extensive analysis of the Willwedding, over 100,000 advertisements were examined and determined that in 50 of 108 districts the prices have decreased. The Hollabrunn district of Lower Austrian was particularly affected, where prices fell by 26.7 percent to 2,422 euros per square meter.
