A revolutionary Klops burger is served here, using the delicious Königsberger Klopse instead of traditional meat!

The exciting trend comes from Christopher Kujanski, the Ritz-Carlton's chef de cuisine, who came up with creative ideas after a long period of processing meat. Together with his talented kitchen team, he decided to dare the unusual: to create a smash burger from Königsberger Klopsen. The flavor bombs are now part of the menu and promise to turn the burger world upside down!

As can be seen in a current video on the YouTube channel “Berlin Food Stories”, the Goldies makers went on a culinary journey together with tester Per Meurling and tried the sensational Klops burger. The reactions were consistently enthusiastic - Kajo described the work as "really cool", while Vladi reveled in the caramelized cheese and the tender apple pieces and was happy about the brilliant idea. “We have long wanted to integrate a German regional influence into our burgers,” he explained. “And this Klops burger does exactly that!”
