Peißenberg Miners: Comeback of top striker Pastachak is imminent!
The Peißenberg Miners are about to make an exciting comeback! After weeks of injury, top striker Lynnden Pastachak could finally get back into action this weekend. The fans are curious to see whether the star player will receive the green light after the final training session. Coach Sepp Staltmayr emphasizes: “We won’t risk anything.” While Pastachak hopes to return, the Miners are still without several injured players, including Anton Engel and David Hrazdira.
The Miners returned last weekend with two impressive wins against HC Landsberg (7:4) and VfE Ulm/Neu-Ulm (6:3). After a dry spell of three defeats in a row, the team shows that they are on the way back to their old strength with full commitment and hard work. Staltmayr is optimistic and wants to continue the success at EC Pfaffenhofen (Friday, 8 p.m.) and on Sunday against ESV Buchloe (4:30 p.m.).
Pfaffenhofen challenge
Pfaffenhofen has improved a lot this season and is no longer the weak team of previous years. With new players, including Justin Bachmann, coach Stefan Teufel has formed a competitive team. Staltmayr warns: “It is always difficult to play in Pfaffenhofen.” The current standings are deceptive as the hosts have already achieved some impressive victories, including a 7-0 win against Klostersee.
On Sunday there will also be a family day at the home game against ESV Buchloe, with reduced entry prices and a raffle campaign. Despite Peißenberg's role as favorites, Staltmayr warns: "ESV has some dangerous players who are always good for goals." The excitement is rising and fans can look forward to an exciting weekend!
