Shock accident in Weinheim: Two women injured after traffic lights!

on January 11, 2025, around 12:30 p.m., there was a serious traffic accident at the intersection of Bundesstraße 38 and Viernheimer Straße in Weinheim, Rhein-Neckar-Kreis. A 32-year-old driver of a Fiat disregarded a red traffic light, which led to a collision with the mini of a 59-year-old driver who could not dodge or brake in time.

The fiat was thrown over the mini through the collision and landed on the passenger side. The mini was thrown against a traffic light mast by the collision. Both women suffered injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals. The intersection had to be partially blocked during the accident recording and the subsequent cleanup, which led to traffic redirects.
