Eisenstadt, Österreich - Great news for the tenants in Burgenland: The Burgenland residential costing cover will be extended until June 30, 2025! This announced Heinrich Dorner's residential building council in a press conference. According to Dorner, around 10,000 residential units benefit from this measure, which ensures that the current rental prices remain stable by the middle of next year. This decision is interpreted in response to the inactivity of the previous federal government and pursues the goal of taking financial pressure to the tenants.
