According to the state vice, 1,300 soldiers have been in use since Wednesday, supported by 18 disaster reliefs. A total of almost 1,400 objects were evacuated as a precaution, while 87 people with helicopters were brought to safety. The State Police Directorate has reinforced its patrol activity in the affected flood areas to prevent property crimes and illegal bulky waste collections. Despite the damage caused by the floods, there is progress in cleaning up. In the railway area, single -track operation was resumed on the old western railway line, while the new route is still still under water, the ÖBB.
