Future projects for Grafschaft Bentheim: 372,000 euros for education!
Nordhorn, Deutschland - great news for the county of Bentheim! The Lower Saxony Minister for Europe and Regional Development, Wiebke Osigus, has presented two funding notices with a total value of around 372,000 euros this week. These funds flow into future-oriented educational projects in the EMS-Vechte region, especially in the newly emerging campus vocational training (CBB) in Nordhorn. Around 284,000 euros are used for co -financing two new personnel positions for learning managers and innovation managers, while another 88,000 euros will benefit the commercial vocational schools in Nordhorn.
The new learning managers and innovation managers have already started their work and are ready to bring a breath of fresh air to vocational training. District Administrator Uwe Fietzek emphasized the importance of this support when handing over the funding notices: "This funding sets an important impulse for vocational training in the county of Bentheim." The CBB is considered the largest educational project of the district and is intended to offer practical, future -oriented training that meets the requirements of the labor market.
innovative learning centers in planning
The construction of a new learning center will begin in the coming year, which is open to all students and trainees. As a manager of the learning center, Jana Rassi will lead the development of content, while Markus Schneider, as an innovation manager, is responsible for the introduction of the latest technologies such as 3D printing and artificial intelligence. The commercial vocational schools in Nordhorn already have access to innovative technologies, including collaborating robots that help students practically learn the latest automation techniques.Minister Osigus underlined the importance of introducing young people to new technologies at an early stage: "The funded projects impressively show how important it is to introduce young people to new technologies and to support lifelong learning at an early stage." With a budget of around 96 million euros from the "Future regions of Lower Saxony" program, the region of the EMS-Vechte is strengthened and prepared for the challenges of the modern working world.
