Viennese health system: alarm level red at waiting times!

The Viennese health system is under immense pressure. As the Greens Vienna report, the waiting times for specialists and operations have increased dramatically, while the number of health insurance doctors is too low to meet the needs of the population. The situation in mental health care is particularly alarming, especially in children where the capacities have been inadequate for years. There are also urgently needed offers in women's health. These grievances concern all Viennese: acute and generate social pressure.
