Sternsinger from Kempten show flag for children's rights in Berlin!

On January 6, 2025, Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife Elke Büdenbender received in Bellevue Sternsinger Castle from Kempten and the Oberallgäu. This special honor took place as part of the Germany-wide Sternsinger campaign, whose host Kempten was last year.

The Allgäu Sternsinger represented all children and adolescents who collected donations around the turn of the year to support disadvantaged children. This year's motto of the 67th Dreikönigssingen campaign is "Collect your voice! Stern singing for children's rights" and is carried out by the children's mission work 'Die Sternsinger' and the Federation of German Catholic Youth (BDKJ).
