As part of the start-up week 2024, an innovative project entitled "Courage to Responsibility" took place from the Main-Spessart vocational school from November 18 to 20. This groundbreaking project was launched in cooperation with the Association of Independent Bavaria and was aimed at 18 trainees and prospective technicians. The workshops offered the participants valuable insights into the world of start-ups, including the creation of business plans, choosing the right company form and innovative financing options for start-ups. A personal insight into entrepreneurship was given by Frank Seubert, Managing Director of MS Environmental Service GmbH, who highlighted the challenges in the everyday life of a company. These interactions, as well as a visit to the start-up day of the IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt, promoted the exchange with regional experts and significantly expanded the perspectives of the participants. The event ended with the ceremonial handover of the participant certificates in the Starthouse Spessart, whereby the services of the trainees were recognized.
