Reading is life: New club fights against reading deficits in the Zollernalbkreis!

In an alarming call to promotion, schools, libraries and companies gathered under the motto "Reading is life!". The Mentor association has set itself the goal of supporting students with reading deficits and thus offering them better chances of graduating from school. Current studies such as IGLU and PISA show that over 20 percent of fourth graders in Germany cannot read sufficiently - a worrying trend that needs to be combated!

The event was opened by Karl Wolf, the head of education of the Zollernalbkreis district office.
