Atelierhaus Vienna: Daniela Hahn designs creative future from 2027!

Baumgartner Höhe, 1140 Wien, Österreich - On July 8, 2025, Daniela Hahn's order was announced as the new operating and program management of Atelierhaus Vienna. This innovative project is to be opened in the general renovated Pavilion 18 on the listed Otto-Wagner area in the generally renovated Pavilion. The studio house will offer space for up to 100 artists and significantly expand the cultural infrastructure in Vienna, as Atelierhauswien.at added.

The tender for studio and work rooms is expected to take place in the second half of 2026. The allocation of the rooms and the residence program are also regulated by public tenders. The operation of the Atelierhaus is organized as an independent business area of the city of Vienna Kunst GmbH, whereby the complete operational use will be sought from autumn 2027.

A special highlight will be the event "Taped", which will open on June 18, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. This is an exhibition of the master projects from design in the context of 2024, in which a large number of talents will take part. This event is part of an extensive program that also includes the exhibition "Kinsen: Master projects from Art and Education 2024", also on June 18, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. Future courses and performances are also planned, which underlines the interactive and dynamic character of the studio house, as from akbild.ac.at described.
