Toilet construction in Limeshain: Dispute over costs and planning broke out!

FC Rommelhausen asked the municipality of Limeshain for support when building a toilet facility on the club grounds. It is planned to supplement the toilet system with a cash house and a ball room.

In the municipal council, discussions about the scope, the costs and the construction of the toilet facility are currently underway. Wolfgang Wagner from the SPD expressed criticism that the committee deals with the wishes of the association without considering the current financial situation of the municipality.

Heike Strohnitter from the Greens pointed out that the toilet facility was also necessary for the Limes circuit and the upcoming state garden show. SPD parliamentary group leader Christian Dietzel called for a comprehensive cost estimate and planning based on the solid construction before a decision is made. Dieter Skowasch, regardless of the group structure, called for a needs analysis and the deletion of the determination to the solid construction.

Mayor Adolf Ludwig explained that all forms of construction and prices were discussed in the committee and that the massive construction is considered more durable and flexible. While Skowasch's amendment received seven votes in the vote, Dietzel's proposal with twelve votes found the majority.
