New shine for the Maximilianshof: reopening in Wallgau planned!

The Maximilianshof in Wallgau is faced with a reopening after being closed for five years. According to a report of the Merkur Jupiter-Holding-GmbH from Munich. This contract regulates the details for the renovation and reopening of the company, which in future acts as a café with accommodation.

The building application can now be submitted, whereby it must meet the requirements of the new contract. The cubature of the existing 6000 square meter area remains unchanged. There are four access routes, but only two, the Barmseeweg and the flood trough, may be used by guests. The potential rush of up to 300 vehicles on peak days will take care of the residents, which is why the contract obliges the builder to take measures in the event of high traffic.

Details of the renovation and operation

Since 1971, there have been permits for the use of the Maximilianshof, which was originally operated for agriculture. In the future, a gastronomic and accommodation company with up to 18 beds will be possible. The reopening is received positively by the municipality and the municipal councils.
