Klaffer and Schwarzenberg: New building grounds and playground for families!

Klaffer and Schwarzenberg - a dynamic duo in the region shows full commitment for families. The mayors Franz Wagner (Klaffer) and Michael Leitner (Schwarzenberg) not only ensure favorable reasons, but also for new social infrastructure institutions. The “Westblick” building grounds in Schwarzenberg are ideal and offer families an attractive residential area. "For everyone who lives here, everything important is within walking distance," said Leitner. Added to this is the newly installed fiber optic infrastructure, which increases the quality of life and brings nature in the immediate vicinity.

While the attractiveness of the building grounds increases, the quality of life also increases. At the campsite at the bathing lake, four e-filling stations were recently installed, which can be used via an app or charging cards from Energie AG. "The environmentally friendly trip with the electric car is getting easier," says Wagner, pleased about progress. In addition to the e-petrol stations, a new playground below the kindergarten was also opened. With swings, a slide and a carousel, it offers an optimal game environment for children and is available to the public.

growth and challenges

Not everything is rosy. The crawling group in kindergarten is booming, which leads to space problems. Accordingly, Mayor Wagner plans an extension to the kindergarten and the expansion of the existing playground. "The planning is already in full swing, and if it is financially possible, we will start building next year," said Wagner. The creation of living space for families also remains a central concern. All properties are already sold on Sonnenweg, while further new buildings are being planned. Despite this positive development, there are also challenges, in particular the local supply: "Our SPAR department store closes at the end of September and we are looking for solutions for this gap," said Wagner.

The continuous improvement of living conditions in Klaffer and Schwarzenberg is a common goal of the two communities, which is supported by the close cooperation of their kindergartens and schools.
