Inning's mayor tackles: Future projects for the community!

Inning, Deutschland - Walter Blemaier, the mayor of Inning, expressed during a current report about the community that he wanted to stick to the voluntary services. In his last year of office, he will not be able to complete any of the ongoing projects himself and intend to prepare the way for his successor for the time from 2026. It is particularly important to him to support facilities such as the music school, library, neighborhood help and the sports clubs.

The Inning budget is currently balanced, with income of around 3.3 million euros from the sale of land in the extended business park. Nevertheless, significant deficits are expected in 2026 to 2028. The local council has spoken out against a significant increase in real tax rates. While fees such as administrative and parking fees may increase, the cemetery fees remain unchanged.

Current projects and planning

Ining is currently running most projects in the district. Construction of the open all -day care is planned for autumn 2025, the completion is to take place in the school year 2027/28. The building application for day care has already been signed, and construction for social housing in Griesstrasse is scheduled in the first half of 2025. The sports field is still in the planning phase, whereby noise protection aspects must be taken into account.

The construction of the southern soccer field and the tennis courts are tackled as soon as it allows the weather. The local supply center is to be built in the second quarter of 2025. A new house of the clubs was deleted from medium -term financial planning, since the estimated construction costs of ten million euros would go beyond the financial framework. In addition, the plans for the cultivation of the fire station are in the allocation of specialist planning, with an expected start of construction in 2026.

In another construction project, the topping -out ceremony for an apartment building on Schlossstrasse in the Inningen district of Buch was recently celebrated. This building is built by the municipality for employees, educators and nurses who need inexpensive apartments. The construction costs are two million euros, and the planned completion of the two -story, barrier -free building on a 1200 square meter area is scheduled for March next year. The building will offer nine apartments between 30 and 70 square meters, each with a balcony or terrace. The square meter price of the rental apartments is planned for eight euros.

Mayor Blemaier thanked the Free State of Bavaria for almost one million euros in funding and emphasized the need for future construction projects of this kind in order to reduce the pressure on the housing market. He sees an important step in the planned project to keep or win employees.

Finally, Blemaier will no longer compete for the next local election, but leaves a future -proof community. He wishes to be invited to the openings of the projects. The expansion of the state road will not take place in 2025 as long as it will be built in Tutzing, as merkur.de reported.
