The municipality of Denklingen faces significant changes in the coming year, while Mayor Andreas Braunegger presents the plans for 2025. A central project is the designation of new building land in Epfach, a step that should possibly contribute to creating new jobs. Braunegger also commented on the situation at Hirschvogel, where there is a risk of over 200 jobs, which could reduce the income from trade tax. The municipality's debt was 18.4 million euros at the end of 2023, which corresponds to around 6,000 euros per inhabitant.

Compared to the previous five years, no major investments are planned for 2025. The priority of the community lies in the planning of an open all -day school (OGTS). In addition, negotiations are on the use of an old, empty kindergarten that belongs to the church. Braunegger has remained mayor, since his re -election in December 2023, without opposing candidates. The next mayoral election in Denklingen will not take place in March 2026, since the elections are delayed to the local elections in Bavaria.
