The head of the construction police, Gerhard Cech, confirmed that there are currently no official submissions, but preliminary talks about the future use of the property. In an interview, he said: "A hotel should continue to come at the back of the building, and there is also no shape on the publicly accessible roof terrace." In addition to a hotel, according to experts, plans for offices and shops on the ground floor could be discussed, with the possibility of a partial termination of the upper floors.

The Stumpf group made its decision to buy against the background of the excellent location along Mariahilfer Straße. District head Markus Reiter was pleased to say about quick progress: "It is a good day for Mariahilfer Straße that the insolvency administrator and the banks involved were able to clarify so quickly." The aim is to further develop the shopping center in close coordination with the district and the city.
