In the dynamic Ecoplus Wirtschaftspark IZ NÖ-Süd, a remarkable development has taken place in recent months. Between May 2023 and February 2025, a total of 46 new companies moved into their location in the business park, which has created over 340 new jobs. Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner emphasizes the excellent framework conditions that prevail in this economic center. Economic State Councilor Jochen Danninger reported that 30 companies have been resolved in recent months, which underlines the region's strong growth. "With 386-based companies and over 11,200 jobs, the IZ Lower Austria-Süd is almost a city in itself," continued Danninger. The newly collected companies present themselves with innovative services, including the forwarding company AVS Plematl-Schuster GmbH and the company for exclusive television and sound systems, C Seed Entertainment Systems GmbH.

Kurt Leonhartsberger from Impeect GmbH reported on a pilot project with small wind turbines, while the new e-scooter rental system of the Vienna local railways was presented. Helmut Miernicki emphasizes that the unbroken interest of the companies is a confirmation of the work of Ecoplus and inspires to continuously improve the framework conditions.
