Rupert Widmann: Life and retirement after 37 years for Freising!

Freising, Deutschland - Rupert Widmann retired after 37 years in the service of the city of Freising. The long -time head of the office began in 1987 as head of the city treasury and later worked as head of the regulatory office. Since January 16, 2006, he has been head of the office and manager, where he was up to him tasks such as personnel management, meeting service, citizens' meetings, anniversaries, honors, civil complaints, IT and the representation of the press officer. He sees global crises as factors influencing citizens' communication and criticizes the decline of polite dealing in social media. He can deal with factual criticism, but he withdraws in the event of impressive criticism. In retirement, he plans to deal with historical topics, cut trees and spend time with his family, such as Rainer Bolf, who has been with the city since September 1, 1994, and Ansgar Wübbels, who retired after 21 years (since May 1, 2002), retired. Bolf had worked as a caretaker and for break sales at the St. Lantbert school before moving to the Josef Hofmiller-Gymnasium, while Wübbels initially worked as a head for road maintenance and later as a technical employee in the civil engineering office.
