Government is planning more nationalization: What does that mean for Burgenland?

In a sharp criticism of the plans of the future state government from SPÖ and the Greens presented today, neos state spokesman Christoph Schneider has criticized the lack of transparency and real measures for Burgenland. According to OTS , the 130 pages of the government program are in particular a commitment to the "red network" of Mr. Doskozil, supplemented by a "green thread". Schneider emphasizes that in the next five years neither in the state parliament nor in the state government can be expected with constructive control. The NEOs therefore see themselves as responsibility to do justice to this role outside the state parliament, since the new coalition continues the problems of the past government uncritically.

family and work in focus

The new state councilor for family, women and education, Daniela Winkler, has commented on the compatibility of family and work is a central concern for her. She is a mother of two and knows the challenges with which parents are confronted. Winkler explained that a lot has already been done in Burgenland in this regard, but there is still a lot of work ahead of us. "If the framework conditions are adapted and determined, nothing stands in the way of a career of mothers," says Winkler. Education should be affordable for everyone to offer young people in Burgenland the best opportunities and perspectives, she continues. In her opinion, this is crucial for the growth of the region, as in the representation of burgenland.at

Schneider also criticized the nationalization of problematic companies and the lack of discussion about the Landesholding during the coalition negotiations. Anja Haider-Wallner, a member of the new government, admitted that this topic was never deeply discussed. For the NEOS, this means that the concerns from the election campaign are now completely ignored. Schneider calls for the youth to integrate the youth more in Burgenland and has already presented concrete ideas for this in the election campaign.
