Pannatura presents enjoyable breakfast: This is how nature tastes good!

Wien, Österreich - On March 25, 2025, Pannatura organized the annual breakfast under the title "Tasting Nature" in the "Collina am Berg" restaurant in Vienna. During the press conference, the chairman of Esterhazy Betriebs AG, DI Matthias Grün, presented the milestones of the past year in the areas of agriculture and forestry, nature conservation, hunting and fishing. In agriculture, the Esterhazy companies received around 4,500 tons of organic market fruits, with wheat, soy, corn and brewing barley. In addition, around 290,000 solid meters of over 70 wood -processing companies could be produced and marketed in forestry. Cooperation in the food sector successfully included cooperation with food retail, organic specialist trade and gastronomy.

Development of the experience destination

The organic land estate Esterhazy in Donnerskirchen has established itself as an experience destination. In addition to daily hope and family celebrations, culinary offers are also provided. The restaurant "Zum Gogosch" and the Burgenland market hall, which have been in operation since autumn 2024, have established themselves as gastronomic meeting points. The restaurant received appreciative awards, including the Future Award from Gault & Millau and 2 forks from Falstaff.

In the restaurant guide 2025, the restaurant was also recognized as one of the most beautiful guest gardens in Burgenland. The highlights of the past year include the third organic field days in May with around 10,000 visitors and over 1,000 students as well as the second forest days in September, the over 3,500 interested forest visitors attracted.
