At the first constituent meeting of the newly formed municipal council of Schwechat on February 27, all 41 members, including 40 those present - Daniel Luksch from the SPÖ was missing - due to illness - their official duties. This session, an important event after the election at the end of January, marked the official start of the mandate carriers in their respective functions.
