Wiener Neustadt, Österreich - The fire brigades of the Wiener Neustadt district presented impressive operational figures in 2024. A total of 6,069 missions were recorded, including 3,243 technical missions and 504 fire operations. In a dedicated meeting on March 9, 2025 in the Lanzenkirchen community hall, district fire brigade commander OBR Karl-Heinz Greiner reported on the main areas of work of the past year, which was strongly shaped by the flood disaster in September.
