Bloody clash after carousing tour: woman injured, men arrested!
On an alcohol-fuelled night in Landskron, an avoidable argument between two men escalated and had dire consequences. The two, 30 and 33 years old, had previously celebrated hard before meeting in the younger man's apartment. The dramatic incident happened shortly before midnight when the 30-year-old got a kitchen knife and asked his friend to leave the apartment. This reports ORF Carinthia.
When the aggressive man's girlfriend, a 41-year-old woman, tried to take the knife from him, she cut her forearm. Shockingly, this wasn't the end of the violence, as the 33-year-old was unruly and aggressive towards the police. The two drunken men were then temporarily arrested and taken to the Villach police detention center. The woman's injury was treated as an outpatient at the Villach LKH MyDistrict reported.
This chaos came after a night of drinking, which obviously heated up the situation. By the time police arrived, the situation was already tense and public safety was at stake. The knife was immediately put away and the emergency call was made, a step in the right direction, but the violent argument left its mark. Both men will now be held accountable for their aggressive behavior.
