Shocking incidents in the hotel landscape are causing horror: There was a violent attack in Vienna on Monday evening when a 39-year-old hotel employee was attacked with a glass bottle by a 34-year-old guest. Witnesses reported a loud argument between the two that suddenly escalated. Passers-by immediately alerted the emergency services and the injured employee was taken to a hospital. The attacker was arrested by police on suspicion of dangerous threats and attempted bodily harm and is currently in police custody, the Crown reported.

The investigation into this shocking incident in Hamburg is still ongoing. According to Hospitality.jetz, drug paraphernalia was seized during the police investigation and everyone involved was subjected to a blood sample. While the 34-year-old man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, the 26-year-old suspect also spent time in medical treatment before being brought before a judge.
