Winter fun for children: Balu&Du starts a new program in Simmering
Now that winter is just around the corner, the Balu&Du youth club is putting together an exciting winter program for children and young people in Simmering. The offer is aimed at children aged 6 to 14 and is free and accessible without registration. The activities run from Tuesday to Friday at various locations in the 11th district.
The weekly activities start on Tuesdays in the Hybler Club, located at Rinnböckstraße 35-43. There, young people can come together in the teen club from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and make new friends. On Wednesdays we continue with the Kids Club for children aged 6 to 10, which also takes place in the Hybler Club from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In addition, a program called “Sport & Circus” is offered in the sports hall of the elementary school at Brehmsstrasse 9, which is open to everyone between the ages of 6 and 14 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Diverse offers for families
On Thursday, two kids clubs take place in parallel, one in the Bleriot container opposite Florian-Hedorfer-Straße 24 and the other in the Hasenleiten residential complex at Zamenhofgasse 8/3/R1. Children can be active there from 3:30 p.m. While the kids' club in Hasenleiten lasts until 7:00 p.m., the teen club in the Bleriot container starts at 5:00 p.m. and also ends at 7:00 p.m.
Friday ends the week with a teen club in Hasenleiten from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There are also offers available in “Macondo” at Zinnergasse 29B; There is also room for kids there from 3:30 p.m. and then teenagers from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
