New residential project in Pixendorf: 308 rental apartments for the future
In the Lower Austrian community of Pixendorf, an ambitious residential construction project was successfully completed. The Baucunsult Group as a general entrepreneur launched the “Zumglück Tullnerfeld” project in November 2021 and now, after intensive construction period, the future residents can look forward to a large number of modern rental apartments.
A total of 308 rental apartments were built on a spacious property of 16,455 square meters. These apartments vary in the size of 44 to 116 square meters and offer between two to five rooms. Interestingly, the apartments can be rented for both indefinitely and sometimes for five years. Each apartment also has its own freedom, be it in the form of a balcony, a terrace or a garden.
diverse leisure opportunities
The community and open spaces that are available on around 2,000 square meters are particularly noteworthy. They offer the residents: inside numerous ways to enjoy their free time and strengthen community life. These areas include green spaces, children's playgrounds and numerous seating. There is also an indoor playground and a fitness room that invite you to act.Another highlight of the project is the community garden, which serves the resident: inside as a resort. There are also shaded seating on the roof surfaces, where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The equipment of the apartments meets high demands, with modern kitchens that are equipped with devices such as stove, oven and dishwasher. The bathrooms are either provided with a bathtub or floor levels, while a warm design vinyl floor was laid in the living rooms.
sustainability in focus
Special attention was paid to the sustainability of the project. The heat and cold supply takes place via a central system that is supported environmentally friendly by earth probes and photovoltaic systems. On the roofs there are photovoltaic panels with an output of 150 kWp. A green electricity required via the heat pumps should be available to the residents: inexpensively on the inside should be excesses from their own electricity production.
Pixendorf also offers an excellent connection to public transport, with the Tullnerfeld train station only a few minutes away. The residents: Inside, Vienna Meidling or St. Pölten can easily reach in 15 minutes. For sustainable mobility, 534 bicycle parking spaces as well as charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes were installed.
Essential facilities such as a package pick-up station and a modern washing lounge with Miele devices are available to the residents: inside. There is a kindergarten and a day care center for the small residents, and a farm shop with a café is also being planned.
The project "Zuglück Tullnerfeld" not only represents a milestone for the community, but also meets the needs of a modern, environmentally conscious society. The combination of contemporary architecture, extensive leisure activities and a sustainable lifestyle makes the residential construction project an attractive place for everyone interested.
