VBV group combines customer service: improved care for companies!
The VBV Group, a market-leading company in Austria for additional operational pensions, announced significant changes in sales and customer service at the beginning of 2025. In order to optimize the care of its corporate customers, the VBV now bundles all activities in a central area called "Sales & Customer Service". According to a report by OTS , this enables more efficient communication and a more uniform contact for customers. Andreas Zakostelsky, General Director of the VBV, confirmed that this step should strengthen the synergies within the company.
With the creation of the new area, Clemens Buchmayer is also used as managing director of the subsidiary VBV - Consult. The aim is to further expand the innovative strength in the areas of sales and digital services, including the online service "My VBV", which has already reached over one million registered users. In addition to sales activities, marketing is also merged to make the VBV brand tangible for the approximately 3.3 million private and companies in the VBV group. The importance of this restructuring is also underlined by the VBV pre-provision fund, which acts as a leading pension fund in Austria, as vbv.at
