Schwaz students discover the EU: Excursion to Brussels

Recently, 55 students and seven teachers of the BRG/Borg Schwaz went to an exciting excursion to Brussels, the heart of the European Union. The trip was taken to convey a deeper understanding of the EU institutions and their function in political events to young people. This important event caused excitement and curiosity among the participants.

The eight classes take the opportunity to get to know the various aspects of the European community. During their stay in the Belgian capital, the pupils had the opportunity to experience the functioning of the European Parliament first -hand. Such experiences are irreplaceable, especially at a time when there is an increased interest in European integration and cooperation.

a learning adventure on many levels

The pupils took part in tours in which they not only visited the European Parliament's meeting room, but also addressed their questions directly to MPs. This gave them an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the EU's political processes and to express their own opinions on social issues.

In addition, the students were able to experience the atmosphere in Brussels, a city that is known for their international importance and cultural diversity. By exploring the city, the young people were not only able to expand their knowledge of the political structures, but also develop a feeling for the cultural differences within Europe.
