Moped accident in Leibnitz: 17-year-old fights for his life!

In a dramatic traffic accident, a 17-year-old moped driver from the Leibnitz district and a 36-year-old Hungarian who was traveling with her car were seriously injured in the night of December 4, 2024. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Eckbergstraße (L632), where the driver apparently drove at excessive speed in the same direction as the moped driver. In a violent impact, her vehicle crashed into the rear of the moped, causing the young person to fall and suffered serious injuries. He had to be admitted to the LKH Graz immediately, while the woman simply continued after the accident until she parked her car in a parking lot a few hundred meters later.
