New life for downtown Bruck: Donau office opened

The opening of the new Danube office in Dr.-Th.-Körnerstraße in Bruck/Mur is a clear step for the revival of the city center. It is the Brucker entrepreneurs Sascha auer from AS Versegefachsung and Dominik Wolf by Howo Holzbau, which have been transformed into the modern center of Danube insurance for some time.

The project started with a simple thought: Dominik Wolf originally searched for premises for his wife's beauty salon, denise Wolf . "I came up with the idea when I saw that the Danube insurance was looking for a new location," explains Auer. This partnership quickly led to the empty house used to offer both office space and additional rooms.

The renovation and the future possibilities

The new location not only offers space for the Danube insurance, but could even be enriched by another floor with regard to a possible expansion. "We redesigned the property with the intention as if we were moving in here," said Auer. In the renovation, value was placed on modern standards, but at the same time it is important that rents will remain affordable for future tenants.

The region not only benefits from the new location, but also from financial support, which was provided by the Styrian business development agency SFG . "Programs such as 'strong centers' specifically promote such projects," says managing director Christoph Ludwig .

Bruck's mayor, Andrea Winkelmeier , was pleased with this development: "It is always an occasion to be happy when new premises are opened. The active commitment of the entrepreneurs is exemplary because it shows how in -depth resuscitation can work."

The board director of the Danube Insurance, Reinhard Gojer , emphasized the importance of regionality for the company. "With this location we will be able to offer our approximately 700,000 customers in Austria even more personal support."
