The Schlumberger wine and sparkling wine cellar has announced a comprehensive realignment of its management. Eugen Lamprecht, who worked as Chief Sales Officer and member of the management for over eight and a half years, is leaving the company at his own request at the end of September 2025. On October 1, 2025, Florian Czink will take on the role of CEO, while Anne Glatz and Nicole Cappato will join the management as Sales Director and Marketing Director. These changes are part of a strategic realignment of the company to better adapt to the challenges of the market, reports Leadersnet.
Florian Czink brings over 20 years of experience at Schlumberger and was most recently Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Managing Director of the subsidiary Top Spirit. His goal is to steer the company through the economically challenging times and to focus on market development as well as on digitalization and innovation. Anne Glatz, who has been with the company since 2002, will bring her extensive experience in marketing and sales to the new role. Nicole Cappato, previously working as senior brand manager, will further develop marketing.

In addition, Benedikt Zacherl is moving to an international role as Vice President Continental Europe, but remains strategically responsible for the Austrian market and the group's export business. He will take responsibility for the country organizations in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Ukraine, while responsibility for Austria will pass to Schlumberger's new management Guest reported.
