New double board of directors for Ennskrafte AG in Steyr
New management at Ennskrafte AG in Steyr: Andreas Kunsch took over the position of commercial director on October 1, 2024. He will manage the company together with Maximilian Medl, who will continue to serve as technical director. This change was unanimously approved by the Supervisory Board.
Andreas Kunsch brings a broad range of experience from the Austrian energy industry, which makes him an excellent choice for this position. After studying civil and industrial engineering at Graz University of Technology, he began his career at Verbund AG. There he worked on hydropower projects for over a decade and has held a leading position since 2017, including leading a corporate responsibility team and representing the company on various committees.
A strong leadership team
Together with Maximilian Medl, who has been working for the company for two years and has profound knowledge of technical management, Kunsch heads one of the oldest power generation companies in Austria, which can look back on a long tradition and 14 hydroelectric power plants. These two hydropower experts are well equipped to address the company's challenges and find innovative solutions.
Ennskrafte AG has made a name for itself as a reliable provider of electricity from renewable sources thanks to its historical performance. Kunsch and Medl will play a central role in positioning the company not only as an energy supplier, but also as a pioneer in sustainable energy production. Their combined expertise gives reason to hope that Ennskrafte AG can continue to move successfully into the future.
