Christmas rock sounds: Live event in St. Veit on November 24th
ST. VEIT.On November 24th, St. Vitus Church will become a lively place for music lovers when the Rocking Christmas Corporation takes the stage. Six talented musicians from the Mühlviertel and Linz create a festive atmosphere and a shared anticipation of Christmas with their performances.
The band presents a selection of famous pop and rock-inspired Christmas songs. From the gentle sounds of Bing Crosby to the energetic hits of Bryan Adams, the band brings a nostalgic melody to St. Veit. A special highlight will also include well-known songs such as “Do They Know It’s Christmas” by Band Aid and the popular gospel “Amazing Grace”. This mix of classic and modern holiday tunes will have something for every listener.
Special performance and cuisine
The musical performance is complemented by the duets of singers Lisa Patscheider and Harald Weihtrager, who create a harmonious sound system together with their band. Their voices will fill the church with a warm, welcoming sound. The event is organized by the KuVito cultural association, which strives to promote cultural events in the region and strengthen a sense of community.
As part of the festival, Kettle Punch, a traditional hot drink choice, ideal for the cold season, will be offered in front of the parish church. This not only allows visitors to enjoy the musical performances, but also provides an opportunity to socialize with friends and family and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The evening promises not only musical enjoyment, but also a warm, communal experience that gets visitors in the mood for the upcoming holidays. For more information about the event and the band itself, take a look at www.tips.at over.
