Thanks to a search that was launched immediately, the vehicle of the fleeing perpetrators was found near the Wels/West motorway entrance. Despite the request to stop, the two occupants, a 35-year-old woman from the Grieskirchen district and her 60-year-old father from Linz, continued driving towards Passau. The police were finally able to stop the duo shortly before Pichl near Wels. The officers found the stolen goods in the car and the 35-year-old was arrested.
