It's that time again in the Grieskirchen district: the collection of agricultural films is starting for the 57th time. In an initiative that enables farmers to dispose of their old and unusable films in an environmentally friendly manner, the offer is being offered free of charge again this year. The slide collection will take place from Monday November 4th to Wednesday November 13th.
A total of 13 different collection points are available where farmers can hand in their films. This initiative aims to reduce the burden on the environment and avoid unnecessary waste that can arise from the improper disposal of agricultural films. The disposal project ensures that the collected films are recycled properly.
