Photo club championship 2024: Eggenburg celebrates creative talents

The photo clubs of the photo clubs NÖ-Nord recently took place in which 71 photographers from various clubs such as Eggenburg, Enzersfeld, Ernstbrunn, Hollabrunn, Stockerau, Groß-Siegharts and Rohrendorf competed for the best pictures. Of a total of 750 photos submitted, 90 were selected for the exhibition, and the atmosphere was full of creativity and passion for photography.

The participants had the opportunity to submit four photos to three different subject areas - "wind and weather", "minimalism" and a free topic. It was shown here that the Enzersfeld photo club particularly stand out, because the most successful participants emerged from there. Among the honored photographers were Karin Goldberger and Andreas Binder, who not only delighted the jury, but also the audience with their impressive works.

The award ceremony was carried out by Mayor Georg Gilli, Robert Leidenfrost and Harald Veigl, who symbolically presented the trophies to the winners. The high quality of the submitted work, which reflects the diversity of photography in the region, was particularly noteworthy. In the “Wind and Weather” partial competition, Andreas Binder was awarded first place by the Rohrendorf Photo Stammtisch, followed by Franz Bräuhofer from Stockerau on the second and Karin Goldberger in third place.

In the area of "minimalism", Erwin Feuzfeil from FC Enzersfeld led the field, followed by Andreas Binder and again Karin Goldberger, who also performed outstanding. Their successes not only show individual skills, but also the high competitiveness of the photo clubs in NÖ-Nord.

The exhibition of the preferred 90 photos offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of photography and admire the work of the talented photographers. The event not only promotes the art of photography, but also the exchange and contacts between the clubs and their members.
