History comes to life in the Rosenheim Municipal Museum! On Saturday, October 26th, 2024, history explorers young and old can expect a top-class workshop afternoon where they can immerse themselves in the fascinating everyday world of the Romans. Under the motto “Build your own Roman round mill”, participants have the opportunity to make a popular game from Roman times themselves – an exciting combination of creativity and craftsmanship!

But that's not all: the newly staged Roman section brings the mysterious Roman culture to life up close! The exciting body grave, a highlight that has captivated visitors since the 1950s, is shown in a modern and interactive presentation. Here, guests not only experience the Roman burial rituals, but also discover amazing and sometimes curious facets of everyday Roman life. An unforgettable experience awaits all history enthusiasts!

The number of participants is limited to 15 people! Here is the information about the workshop:
