In the last few weeks, SK Rapid Wien has put out feelers to Claudy M'Buyi, the current top scorer in the 2nd division. The 25-year-old center forward, who was signed from SKN St. Pölten last summer, scored an impressive 21 goals in just 24 games this season. This performance not only earned him the title of the league's top goalscorer, but also increased interest from several European clubs, including Legia Warsaw, Göztepe, Slovan Bratislava and Al Ahly.
M'Buyi, born on June 3, 1999 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, joined SKN St. Pölten on a free transfer after previously playing for FC Villefranche-Beaujolais.
