There have been several incidents in Halle (Saale) in the last few days that have been detected by the police. Further police operations in the region

On Thursday, around 1:30 a.m., a car check was carried out on Bernburger Strasse and a positive rapid drug test was found. The driver had to undergo a blood sample and was banned from continuing his journey. Similar incidents also occurred in the Saalekreis in Gatterstedt, where a positive rapid drug test was also found during a car check. Here too, a blood sample was ordered and further travel was prohibited.

In Naumburg, unknown perpetrators broke into a semi-detached house on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. They stole at least one e-scooter and caused significant property damage, as the house was ransacked and several windows were damaged.

Road safety also became the focus of the police when a car with a breath alcohol level of 1.62 per mille was checked on Geußnitzer Straße on Wednesday at 9 p.m. The driver also did not have a valid driving license, the vehicle was not insured and the ownership structure was unclear. The police ordered a blood sample to be taken and confiscated the vehicle key.

Three suspects between the ages of 33 and 43 were temporarily arrested. There was also an accident near Rottleberode on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. in which a car left the road and hit a tree. Fortunately, everyone remained uninjured.

In another traffic accident on Thursday at 7 p.m. in Mansfeld, a vehicle left the road in a curve and slid into a wall. Here too, only material damage was caused.
