On May 18, 2025, the Austrian singer Johannes Pietsch, better known as JJ, landed at Vienna-Schwechat Airport. There he was received by Vice Chancellor and Minister of Culture and Media Andreas Babler, who warmly congratulated him on his victory in the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC). JJ represents Austria with the song “Wasted Love” and has thrilled the national music scene.
