On December 26, 2024, a special event took place as part of the Basel tradition “Kundi by people for people”. The president of the event welcomed the event by speaking out in favor of reconciliation and emphasized that this idea is particularly needed in current times. The festival kicked off with Christmas songs performed by the CVJM trombone choir Riehen.
