Experience the highlights of sport live on ZDF! In a thrilling two-day rhythm, spectators can expect three spectacular events in the “sportstudio live” series. The Ironman World Championships will take place in Hawaii on October 26, 2024. Triathletes compete in a merciless competition: swimming, cycling and running – a total of 226 kilometers full of competition! The broadcast begins at 6:15 p.m. via live stream on sportstudio.de and then continues in the ZDF live broadcast at 12:30 a.m., with star presenter Lena Kesting and exciting expert analyzes from three-time Ironman winner Jan Frodeno!

The DFB women in focus

On Monday, October 28, 2024, the DFB women's second international match under new coach Christian Wück will be an emotional highlight. In the duel against Australia in Duisburg, captain Alexandra Popp, after 14.5 years in the national jersey, will play her last game for the DFB team. From 5:50 p.m., viewers report to ZDF, where presenter Sven Voss accompanies Popp's sporting farewell. Come and cheer as the DFB women show their strength on the field!
