This inauguration marks not only the opening of a new cultural venue, but also the presentation of several artistic works created especially for the occasion. The event began with the presentation of the “Shadow Tree”, an installation by Hubert Minsch, which was supplemented with figures by Alfons Holtgreve. In addition, the impressive wall figures by Luc Amoros were unveiled on the western facade of Marktplatz 27. Arnold, who spoke at the event, was optimistic: “We are pleased to have a new venue in the middle of our city, the Schattentheaterplatz.”
