Shocking escalation in après-ski bar: bouncers hits the hospital!

In a dramatic incident in Styria, an après-ski bar recently experienced a serious case of physical violence. A bouncer who wanted to defend himself against a drunk guest ended up in court after his measures had fatal consequences for the 29-year-old guest. According to the prosecutor Christina Eixelsberger, the victim suffered massive head injuries that will be difficult for him for a lifetime. "He cannot walk long distances and has massive restrictions on the left side of the body," emphasized Eixelsberger, while she was pointing out the serious consequences of the attack, such as krone.at reported.

The escalation before the bar

The incident occurred when the 29-year-old tried to smuggle a cigarette into the après-ski bar. The bouncer, who overpowered him, vehemently denied the allegations of violence and stated that he felt provoked. "Did you feel provoked?" Asked judge Doris Schmidhofer, whereupon the accused answered with "yes". However, witnesses report a shocking sight: the victim bleed out of mouth and ears after his head opened on the asphalt, which the accuser described as traumatic for those present with the "sound of impact". The process was postponed indefinitely because several witnesses had not appeared.

Another incident in Wildeshausen

Similar incidents have also come into focus in Germany, such as the case in the Wildeshaus discotheque "5 Elements", which was recently negotiated before the district court. Two bouncers were reported for dangerous bodily harm after they had choked and beaten a guest. The 25-year-old, who had to take the strokes, only remembered the incident in fragments, since he too was heavily alcoholic. The judge made it clear that this was not a trivial offense, and ultimately it was agreed on a money requirement of 450 euros for each of the two accused.
