Nordic film days: Lübeck celebrates with 11 prizes and 65,000 euros!

Brunsbüttel, Deutschland - On Saturday evening, Lübeck experienced a glamorous spectacle on the film prize night of the Nordic Film Days! Eleven prices with a total value of 65,000 euros were awarded, and the coveted NDR film award, endowed with 12,500 euros, went to the impressive work "My Eternal Summer" by the Danish director Sylvia Le Fanu. But that was not all - she also secured the Baltic film award of 5,000 euros! The Nordic Film Days will present around 170 films from Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Finland, Iceland and Schleswig-Holstein to the present day. A real festival for film fans!

A large day of action will take place in Neumünster today from 12 p.m., in which around 200 emergency services from the police, fire brigade, THW and emergency services will present their work. With information stands and hands -on activities, the organizations urgently want to win offspring. Because the voluntary fire brigades in Schleswig-Holstein face a major problem: there is a lack of young people! Many active emergency services will soon retire, and the alarm bells are already ringing!

The football fans had to accept a bitter disappointment on Saturday: Holstein Kiel lost the North Duel against Werder Bremen 2-1 in the Weser Stadium. In Wilster there was also a devastating fire that destroyed a workshop in Neue Burger Straße. The flames spread to the building from a car and the roof collapsed! Over 50 firefighters fought against the flames until the night, while the cause of the fire remains unclear. A dramatic day for Schleswig-Holstein who kept people in suspense!
